Our story begins with the founder of Cardinal Care and Concierge, Charo Sledge,  a Navy veteran and Registered Nurse of 22 years who has a passion for providing exceptional care and support to patients in need. With years of experience serving in the military and working in various healthcare settings, Charo recognized the need for a more personalized approach to care that caters to the unique needs of each patient. This led to the establishment of Cardinal Care and Concierge, a nurse concierge service that provides comprehensive care and support for pre and post-surgical patients, as well as healthy living and wellness subscribers.

Charo’s experience serving in the Navy and working as a RN has instilled in us a strong sense of discipline, dedication, and attention to detail that is reflected in the care we provide. At Cardinal Care and Concierge, we believe in the importance of putting patients first and providing a holistic approach to care that ensures their overall well-being.
