BBL Bootcamp: Top Exercises to Get Your Body Ready for Surgery

So, channel your inner walker and keep your back straight as you lift that barbell off the ground for three sets of 12 reps.

If you really want to isolate those glutes, hip thrusts are where it’s at. Lay on your back with your feet flat on the ground, place a weight on your hips, and lift your hips towards the ceiling. Squeeze those glutes at the top and lower back down for three sets of 15 reps.

Finally, don’t forget to get your sweat on with some cardio. Jogging, cycling, or swimming for at least 30 minutes a day will help burn excess fat and improve your overall fitness level. Plus, it gives you a great excuse to rock those cute workout clothes you’ve been eyeing.
